We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Colour Specialist with Curly Cuts experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair care, colouring and styling, along with exceptional customer service skills.
Requirements
- Provide professional hair services, including cutting, colouring and styling to meet client needs.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client enquiries.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing concerns promptly.
- Proven experience as a Hair Colour Specialist, Curly Hair Specialist, or in a similar role within a salon environment.

Requirements
- Hairdressing: 3 years (required)
- Provide professional hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs
- Colouring and cutting: 3 years (required)
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
- Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (required)
- Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns promptly.
- Advise AVEDA salon products and services to enhance the client experience and increase salon revenue.
- Meet targets for rewarding commissions. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitised.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.
